Presented to the Rotary Club of Cumnock on their 50th charter anniversary 2008 by the Inner Wheel Club of Cumnock.
It is now presented annually by the serving President of Cumnock Rotary Club at the end of their term to the person who has contributed above and beyond the call of duty during their year as president.
